    Collections Lost - New Computer


    I bought a new computer and re-downloaded the Microsoft Jigsaw only to find that all my collections have disappeared. The Stats and Achievements are still there but the puzzle collections are gone. This is the SECOND time this has
    happened to me. Last time I just shrugged and started all over from scratch. But this time, there are some, like the Archaeology that I only just added, and others where I had several left to complete. I really don't want to keep 'buying' puzzle collections
    that I've already 'purchased'. Is there no way of retrieving these?

    I installed new computer, where are my downloaded microsoft jigsaw collections

    I installed a new computer but the xbox account does not display the jigsaw collections downloaded. On my new computer, I downloaded 2 collections but they do not appear in my collections either

    Lost gold and puzzles

    I have completed about 20 collections with over 100,000 gold bars. When an update was done to my computer, I lost all my gold and most of the collections went back to the uncompleted collections. How can this be fixed?

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collections.

    This has just happened to me for the second time. The first time was when I upgraded my previous computer from Windows 8 to 10 and today when I switched from that computer to a new one. Lost 200,000 in gold, lost 6 completed puzzle collections. When I re-download
    the ones that it admits I already purchased, it shows that I have completed them. I hope someone has an answer for us. I tried logging out and logging back in, etc.

    I also lost stats. I lost all my campaign stats and collectable. Had to play the campaign all over again.

    Yep. There they are in collections.

    I was trying to find them using the search function.

    The search function needs fixing because when I search for Lost they don't show up.
