Collections in France are not updating

I have been finished with the Collection in France for at least two weeks and it has not been updating from 20/20 to 20/30. Is someone capable to get this corrected? If not, I am really done with this game, because it happens all the time!

Collection Items

The game don't give the last 10 Collection items in "France", "USA" and "Mexico". Did Microsoft built a wall already ?

You will have to complete the Silver levels and move on to the gold levels before you can get the final 10 pieces of the collection. it is 10 in each room for bronze, 10 in each room for silver and 10 in each room for gold.

I tried this and it doesn't work

I have to download the update when i launch my xbox. When the update is downloaded, the xbox doesn't restart so i have to make the same thing when i restart manually...

Hi Ash,

Sorry to hear about the troubles. Let's start by holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until it powers down.
What this does is clear the console cache.

If that doesn't do it, let's unplug the console from power and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then plug it back in and give the update another shot.

Let us know how that goes, or if you have anymore questions.
