Collections have disappeared overnight

I have purchased several collections with gold bars that I earned & some of them have disappeared. Some were collections I completed but some I hadn't even started yet. What's worse is they are also not on the downloadable content list. Are these collections
supposed to expire? I did not see anything about them expiring when I downloaded the game. Please help me to understand what is going on.

Collections disappeared

Most of my collections have disappeared...I would not care if the completed collections had disappeared, but I am left with only 5 collections and 3 of them were the free downloads I really don't care about. UNHAPPY!

 

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

All my statistics for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games have 'disappeared' overnight (OK on 31 Oct 2018) and have been reset to '0'. How do I get them back?

 

I just encountered the same problem. It doesn't look like anyone is bothering to respond, given that the first post is 4 months old with absolutely no response. Typical of Microsoft "support" in my experience, but I keep hoping.

Yes, I know it's virtual money. Yes, I know it's just a game. But presumably they are trying to engage the users and get them hooked. This just irritates the heck out of me. (I would be more forceful in stating my annoyance, but this is a public forum.)
I can get games elsewhere and play them on other devices, or even better, go read or garden or exercise.

 

and now, magically, they have reappeared. I'd restarted the app several times, closed and reopened the Classic Jigsaw section repeatedly each time and the puzzle sets were gone. Now they are (at least mostly) there. I can't be sure all of them are, because
I didn't write down all the new ones I recently bought, but the ones I was specifically looking for suddenly reappeared the 5th time I reopened the Classic Jigsaw link.

 

Have you received any help on this issue? I am having the same problem. it is extremely frustrating!

 

Same problem here. Started yesterday.

 

Yes, apparently this is happening again to many of us. Glad to see I'm not alone but I'm still disappointed. Game won't let me sign in, and the only puzzles that show up are ones I've already completed.
