    1. What version & build of Windows are you running? Windows 8, Version 6.3 (Build 9600) - actually Windows 8.1 Pro, I believe.
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using? Dell Vostro 460 Mini Tower
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem? After upgrading from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 8.1 Pro. I then installed the Solitaire Collection from the Store, and immediately had this problem.
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games? Have not installed any other game apps yet.
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens. When I click on the MSC tile, the app opens to a full screen with a blue color and with the name "Microsoft
      Solitaire Collection" plus a card graphic - what I believe is the app's splash screen - then nothing happens. No error messages, no tiles to select the game, no nothing!
    6. Please post any other details or notes about your problem here: I've tried all relevant "fixes" that were listed in your troubleshooting topic on this board - and on Facebook.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection stops working when game is complete on WIN10 Build 10547.

    Play 'KLONDIKE' game works but when completed, screen goes DIM and then NOTHING HAPPENS - no splash, no selection to RETRY or go to HOME.

    Only way to play again is to close program and relaunch.

    This started right after update to Windows 10 preview build #10547

    Sudoku stopped with latest Windows 10

    With the latest release of Windows 10 MS Sudoku seems to have stopped working completely. It will not get past the second splash screen, then nothing happens - no choice of level, nothng. Any ideas?

    I only get the initial splash screen. The "Loading" screen never appears. This is only happening on one of my PCs. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried resetting. Nothing seems to work.

    Well I tried it. It didn't work. It opened the feedback app. Xbox still crashes at the splash screen.
