    these are all listed in numerical order for ease of listing.

    1. My Xbox won't read game disc, it will read movies and music just fine.

    2. Random resets when a game disc is in the Xbox after a set amount of time of not being able to read it.

    3. Will sometimes read them when switched between placed on its side, or bottom... has stopped reading altogether now.

    4. If it cannot read the disc as of the above problems, it will not eject it unless I hold the power button until it turns off.

    5. If a disc is in the Xbox it will not get past the green Xbox startup screen or will not be able to to shutdown.

    I found out when I'm connected to the Internet it starts doing this, and will continue to do it after I disconnect... seems to fix it when disconnecting and leaving it off at least a day before trying to play it again. It's not a space issue... it does this
    even when it's almost empty of everything, doesnt have a problem playing games that are downloaded. I've tried power cycling, tried reseting the Xbox and keeping games... and even tried factory resetting the box, completely wiping everything off it... all
    that accomplished was somehow using 8TB of data over the course of a day for some reason. When I have only 300gbs available.

    Any fix for this that doesn't require a new system would be greatly appreciated.

    Bingo problems with the collections not updating.

    I have had problems before in the collections. Have played for at least 3 months in Mexico and it will not update to 21 of 30, stays at 20 of 20. Is there nobody that can fix this problem. Besides the game freezing and these collection problems I am ready
    to quit this game.

    Based on my understanding, your issue is related to unlocking achievement for a specific game. Let us see how we can help.

    We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

    1. What specific game are you playing to unlock achievements?
    2. Is your Xbox console connected to Xbox network?
    3. When did the issue start?
    After you complete achievements and challenges on your Xbox console, you can claim rewards and raise your gamerscore. To successfully unlock achievements and challenges, make sure that the following are true:

    • You’ve completed all the required elements to unlock the achievement.

      Note: Make sure that you read the description for the achievement or challenge carefully. You may have to unlock a combination of achievements or challenges to unlock your rewards.
    • Your console must be connected to the Xbox network. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox console can’t be set to offline.
    If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console might not be connected to the Xbox network. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related notices or rewards until you connect to the Xbox network.

    1. Make sure that your console is connected to your network equipment (such as router, modem, or gateway), and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
    3. Verify that your console is connected to the network. If necessary, select Test network connection to get a diagnostic.
    After connecting to the network, try unlocking the achievement again. If you experience issues trying to connect to the Xbox service, see:


    Here are the other troubleshooting steps that we can perform:

    1. Check the Xbox service status

    Check the Xbox status page. If you see any services with alerts, expand the service, scroll down to Notifications, and sign in to receive a message when the service is up and running again. To check, click on Xbox status page.

    2. Check your achievement progress on your console.

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    • Select Game activity > All achievements.
    • Select the game in which you unlocked the achievement, and then view the unlocked achievements list.
    If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console, but it doesn't show, it might not be synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.

    3. Check your achievement progress online.

    • Sign in at Xbox.com.
    • Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements.
    • Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.
    • If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.
    If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again.

    4. Restart your console.

    Restarting your console ensures that any achievements awaiting synchronization on the console are re-sent to the Xbox network:

    • Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox Wireless Controller to open the Power Center.
    • Select Restart console.
    • Select Restart.
    Once you've restarted your console, allow up to 72 hours for the synchronization to take place
