    Been trying to to collect coins and tokens for over 3 days and it keeps saying my purchase has been canceled and to try again. I do and the same happens again. What gives!

    Why can't I purchase tickets or coins by watching ads? It keeps saying, "Purchase has been canceled. Try again later." It's been 3 days.

    Purchase Error....Try Again

    I did as you suggested but did NOT reinstall the program. I am at level 77 and I fear that if I uninstall & reinstall the program I will lose everything and start at zero.

    Every time that I click on "Watch Ad" for 5 tickets or 20 coins...."Purchase Error Cancelled...Try Again Later"appears.

    This has happened before and sometimes after repeating 7 to 15 times, an "Ad" would appear and I would collect either the 5 tickets or 20 coins.

    This time, repeating did not work.

    Hopefully, this can be resolved.

    Not connecting to network!

    Trolled again by Microsoft. Ironically I got a message yesterday saying that I was getting 7 free days of live added to my account for not being able to sign in on titanfall launch day. Might as well give me three months now. This is like the fourth time
    this has happened to me. How's the cloud working for you guys?

    It may be a temporary glitch, esp viewing ad videos to get free tickets/coins.

    Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    Hi DustBunnyExterminator!

    Microsoft Solitare Collection is not an Ad-Free game, it suppose to show you ads in order to play,

    however it has a "Subscribe to Premium" option which has no advertisements and other features.

    Bingo!!! Why are the watch ads for free tickets and coins not working AGAIN????? For weeks now
    The ads for free tickets have not worked for months for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. I have tried it on another computer I use occasionally. It flat does not work.

    Please Fix This - or let me know what may need to be done on my side.
