    I preordered call of duty cold war ok august 28 2020. When the beta released I played it fine and everything was good. When it came out i got to play it for the first couple days but then xbox said there was an error with the purchase on their end so I
    checked my account and was refunded. Still I was pissed becasue I had to re-buy it and download it again. I bought it again and the next day the same thing happened. Now Im going to have to rebuy it and I want to know how I can prevent this from happening.

    hi there, nobody has access to your personal information, head over to https://support.xbox.com/ and contact the support team, all i would suggest is making sure you have funds available, if payment is coming direct from a bank ensure their is money available
    straight away, if its a credit card purchase then make sure spending limits are kept to the allowed rate, and if its a paypal purchase ensure that the money in the account is from the region the game is being purchased from, otherwise the payment will bounce
    and license revoked, if multiple attempts are made it could go down as marketplace fraud , so i would contact support and find out what the problem is.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Split screen local co-op on Cold War not working

    I don't play Cold War so I am going by what I have read online just now:

    Have you tried going into Cold War, setting it into Offline Play, then quitting the game and loading back in with the guest profile? It sounds like you are loading the guest profile but the game is sensing it's in online mode, thus kicking the guest account out as it would need a LG enabled account

    ,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

    I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??
