Can you find the game in your purchase history and the order status is ''completed''?

If yes, clean the MAC of your console and then click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and see if there is any PACK to be installed. Install and try playing again.



Clean your console's MAC

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

That's strange.
This can be a bit odd, but please try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console > re-add your account and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)

If the issue persists and in order to isolate the issue a bit more. Can you try downloading the game on a different console?

Just to confirm, are you trying to install the game via Microsoft store or do you go to your owned games and apps and you installed the game from there?

Or... Is this happening no matter how you try to install the game?
