    So I refunded cold war but on my status it says that I pre ordered it on the 5th of December which isnt true. Also it says that I cant cancel this pre order. Will I still get a refund?

    No. I bought a code for 6 months live gold and it's gone. On my account it shows me that I do have expired my live gold from 8 november..and i went to an atm and bought this 6 months live gold. Where is it?? And I know is a problem ,because I've played
    last night Cold War. It should not be expired. so please fix it...or refund me the money. Anyway I already request a refund for Cold War. Im not going to pay more money.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    I wont stop till i get a refund even if it mean going to court!!!!!

    Ive had almost the same problem. I got a message from xbox saying that they’ve refunded my money from preordering cold war. I’ve checked my account and the money isnt there.
