    Rewards Team,

    I recently purchased CoD:BO:CW and the punch card still hasn't resolved, how long does this normally take?

    I know I preordered 28 August, but the punch card did not show up until much later, the game was officially purchased November 9th.

    I am sorry to worry you, but preorders do not count to a punch card - only orders themselves after the game is out.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
