    Cold War Problems


    I bought the game and after a while it said it needed an update but would not let it download. It said to uninstall the game and retry. So i did. Now it wont let me reinstall the game. I would really appreciate a refund since everything the support said
    to try did not work.

    I uninstalled modern warfare.

    ,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

    I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??

    Yeah i did that. It says its downloaded but when i ckick it, it says to redownload it. Then the download fails.

    Hi! Have you tried restarting your Xbox? If that doesn't work, try doing a hard reset by holding the power button for a few seconds and see if that works.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
