Cold War not in order history

My son had the digital game of Cold War and we even bought points for him. The problem is that cold war is no longer in his library or under order history. We did everything that was suggested for others to no avail. He just got points for the game in January, so I know I am not going crazy. lol When he clicks on cold war it says he needs to re-buy and that is not happening as we already own it.

Any tips on how to get it back would be much appreciated. This is also for the Xbox One.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

The game may have been purchased under a different Microsoft account. Please check all accounts especially the one logged into the console to look for the transaction for the game Cold War. Once you locate the transaction, simply set the account as Home Xbox in that way he can access the game under his account.

I seen another Complaint like thia what they did to fix wqs go to order history And click on cold war, Then the game started installing

This did not work, I bought the game around the release of it and Ive had until i switched xbox's, Ive been on the same account and everything. In my order history it doesn’t say anything about cold war as I go back. Not even the Cod points I purchased.

I have also uninstalled cold war and installed cold war twice

I checked and I see nothing including Cold War even though the purchase was made on my account and looking at the purchase history checking 2021 nothings there like it just disappeared
