    Cold War Gameshare not working Xbox Support Request a call comes up with error as well


    Right so me and my dad went halves on cold war in november. We live in same household and share games and gold between us. Its not letting me gameshare anymore despite other games working and checking to make sure his account was on my home xbox. Ideally i want to call xbox but the request a call feature doesnt work for me. I put my number in and it comes up with error Why they dont just have a number i can call. Im in desperate need of help cheers

    According to the explanation you have provided, I believe you have but a little issue with changing profiles on your console. Therefore, you will only need to follow those simple steps that I will provide you with and your issue should be fixed.

    The first step you will need to follow is to ensure that your home console is set up correctly, so please follow the link bellow:

    Designate a home Xbox | Xbox Support

    After you make sure that the account you have the game on is set up correctly please sign out or switch profile, then sign in with the account that does not own the game.

    The second step is to make sure that you are signed in with two different profiles.

    Please make sure that the profile that does not own the game is the one signed in on the console you made the home xbox. As for the account that owns the game can be signed on the other console.

    If you are using chrome or safari you must use edge or Firefox as they are more html5 compliant for the request a call back

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.
