Cold War + Game share acting up

    Cold War + Game share acting up


    I’ve been trying to play Cold War for many days now and every time I try to get pass the “Press A to start” it tells me I need to still purchase it even though I’ve gameshared it correctly and uninstalled and reinstalled. I even tried uninstalling the free access add-ons in hope it would fix it. I’ve completely ran out of options and I need help, please respond as soon as you can

    It means that the system does not detect the license on his account as well. Have you check the order history of the account that is game sharing with you?

    Hi KorbynScheidler, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    To isolate the issue, have you tried to use the account where the game was purchased (the account that is game sharing the game to you)?

    Also, if you have access to the account kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate the order for the Call Of Duty Cold War.

    Well... its hard to know why you can play Cold War offline

    Exists the possibility that you're game sharing this game with someone else if you have more than one profile added in your console
