Cold War don't start on Xbox Series X

Is Microsoft going to address this issue? The game stopped launching after the last console update. She also broke other games if you try to start them after a cold war. I know about the possibility of launching by minimizing the game and opening it after 20 seconds. But that's not okay. The game should always work stable. I want to hear a clear answer from Microsoft itself, when will the problem be resolved? I spent 7 years with ps4 there has never been anything like it, I like xbox, but the lack of any information on your part is annoying.
