Discus and support Cold War Content Pack Missing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I purchased the latest call of duty. Digitally from amazon, back in november & was able to play no problem.     I purchased the latest call of duty. Digitally from amazon, back in november & was able to play no problem. Zombies, MP etc & now with recent updates. You apparently need these content packs. There's about 4 of them if i remember correctly, However on the
    xbox itself it won't let me download any of them & I apparently need to buy the game. Which is complete **** as i've already done so. This is where i bought my game.

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the game was purchased.

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and then locate the transaction for the game. Once confirmed that it is showing from there, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
