    Ever since warzone up date I've had connection issues on cold war, won't put me in games then when it does it constantly says connection interrupted and I lag everywhere, checked my WiFi everything fine can anyone help please

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you have already tried that kindly clear your alternate MAC Address and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart.

    It’s not an internet connection issue. Other games and updates install just fine. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall COD: Black Ops Cold War from my library and it says it is corrupt.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
