Cold War Bugged?

I sent a message to the Activision about bugs in the game, until I received a response, you can also notify them of these bugs in the game.

Ok Follow Up- So I go to resintall and apperently I have 2 versions, one has the 🚫symbol and the other had the regular downlod symbol, I tried redownloading the 🚫 one and it said its non-compatiable, but it let me do it the first time
around, no im installing the regular one, hopefully it works idk why I got 2 version, if anyone has any helpful info I would appreciate it.

This is known for months and so far nobody is fixing the game bugs

Yup same and i'm on new gen too

So to start off. I purchased ULTIMATE VERSION of the game via Xbox market. Downloaded standard verison on xbox 1. Game worked perfect. FASTFOWARD I Updated to S series downloaded X/S verison and they are telling me i have to purchase the game for $69.99.

I Tried everything uninstall reinstall, clear cache blah blah, NOTHING WORKS!! So now i paid $100.00 for a game i cant even play. Microsoft said its a bug or glitch, if so then why i feel its only happening to me.... im really thinking about switching over to PC because this here is REDICULOUS.

Did same however my problem is on Xbox One X,,was working up til season two update than it kicked both my old and new Xbox consoles into the trial mode now trial ended telling me to purchase full game but than says already own this product,all is installed ultimate edition,uninstalled reinstalled on internal storage verses the external it was on,even reset console clearing all local storage and cache,still nothing, I spent a total of 4 1/2 hrs on phone with tech support!!!agreed even bought the game in standard version also so not only owned the ultimate but also the standard,of course still nothing but a screen telling me to purchase full version,Trash!!!,worse cod to date!!,shame also bcuz when game was working zombies was pretty awesome!
