    Cold War asking me to rebuy the game


    So I just bought a series s and I already own call of duty Cold War but I’ve downloaded the game twice now and every time I start the game in the main menu it tells me that a need to buy the series x/s edition so I did buy and download it but now it’s still telling me I need to buy the game please fix this issue I didn’t buy a series s to not be able play a game ive now bought twice

    yes, I had experienced this in the middle of the year...I actually even bought the game again and again, and it still wouldn't work, it kept telling me I had to buy..this went on for over a month..very frustrating ...anyways, what helped me was one of the bundles I bought , I think it was the gilded bundle for $19.99...well, that bundle was the problem...I went to the manage game and add ons option, and uninstalled/deleted it...after that, I was back at it, playing cod black ops coldwar...I truly hope this helps, if not, I really hope you'll find a fix sooner than later...good luck

    Please try reinstalling the packs from the store section instead. Please go to the

    store>find the game>go to choose edition>manage>and reinstall all the content packs.

    If that doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall the game and see if that sorts out the issue.

    If reinstalling the game doesn't sort out the issue. Since we have tried all the possible steps here. There seems to be an issue with the game only. It would be best to contact Activision support. You will need to report the bug to them so that they can provide a fix for it. You can contact them using this link, https://support.activision.com/options.

    I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday

    Check if you have installed all game packs in manage game and add-ons.

    Then clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes and try again.
    To clean the MAC follow this path
    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    I'm having Is a problem with Call of Duty cold war about 2 weeks ago it quit working and now if I attempt to play the game it is asking me to purchase it I have the game on disk I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still takes me to the page where I'm supposed to purchase the game I have again tried to reinstall the game from the disk and it has not worked still I am very confused. Xbox one is the system I have . Please somebody help me cause I am not impressed with vanguards zombies and want cold war back.
