    Hi I love Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War it is a great game, but just recently (4 days ago) it stopped letting me play it. It pops up with a message that says "There was a problem launching your game or app." It also asks you to try to launch it again,
    and if that doesn't work uninstall it then reinstall it. So that is what I did I tried launching it and when it didn't work I uninstalled my game. Things happen I understand. Though when I tried to reinstall it for some reason it just would say installation
    stopped. So I thought ok maybe I should restart my console, maybe that is the issue. So I paused the reinstallation and restarted my Xbox. After it booted back up I went to my games, but for some reason Call of Duty was there again taking up space, it was
    very odd. When I clicked on the game it said the message about having problems launching again. So I found some sources on YouTube and followed their instructions to fix issues similar to mine, though those did not work either. I have finally decided to give
    up and wait a few days for the issue to be fixed by Microsoft because like the Microsoft website said they are working to fix the issue. Now it has been 4 days since I have not been able to play the game and I am very frustrated. I would like to know what
    the issue is and if there is anything I can do about it. I paid $90 for this game and I have been playing it since launch please help.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    ,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

    I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??
