Cold War "0artially installed files" XB1

You might want to try a power cycle for the console, as well as removing and re-adding your profile. If you are still not granted access to the multiplayer or zombies mode, you can try to clear the local save for the game, please see: Troubleshoot game issues on Xbox | Xbox Support

Tried all of that and nothing?

I have also uninstalled cold war and installed cold war twice

I had the same issue with Modern Warfare. Check that all file packs are downloaded & installed. Go into 'My Games & Apps', into Cold War and manage game and see if any file packs are not installed.

Let us know if that works.

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version
