Coins taken away...

Discus and support Coins taken away... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I had 398 coins and then when the match was over it went down to 371!     Coins taken away...


    I had 398 coins and then when the match was over it went down to 371! Why are my coins being taken away?

    I have played multiple games against the cpu in MUT and haven't gotten coins taken away. Did you play under the solo challenges? You get rewarded a set number of coins for beating the team you play.

    Should be able to trade or transfer tickets to coins

    I have 29,000 tickets, can't give them away or trade them for coins. I would like to transfer 25,000 into coins.

    Sorry to see any frustrations with not getting your account back. The release that happened did not release every old gamertag, only a small subset of those. You can see more about that on our

    blog post about it    .

    We had sent this up to the right people to investigate, and it appears that a suspension is involved with the account. We are unable to assist with those, and suggest that you reach out to the Enforcement team directly by filing a

    Server popping in/out

    Bingo is still popping in and out, I am in the habit of writing down the number of tickets, keys, power up coins, and coins I have before each game, and the prior estimate is wrong, It was 5 games. each power up coin total is 78 (12, 26b & 42=78, times 5
    equals 390 coins taken for power up coins. and to play is 28 tickets times 5 totaling 140 tickets taken during each time the server restarted in that 5 minutes. What is wrong with this game. will it ever work like it should?

    the issue is not with the game download itself

    I bought coins to use within the game, purchased content and it has taken my coins but not given me the characters I had bought

    You will not get the coins right away after purchase, I had a friend who the got Apex Coins a month after he made the purchase.
