    my son bought by mistake coins from minecraft store in playstation 4 , he bough 8000 token of 59.99$. The purchase proceeded without asking for confirmation code or so on!!!!

    how can I partially refund coins , to purchase 320 coins instead of 8000

    please help me

    Did you purchase the coins and are looking for a refund or are the coins missing from your account?

    You've reached your refund limit, and if you cashed in the coins they're not refundable anyway. There is no way around it

    Since your son is playing on PlayStation, you'd most likely have to fill out Sony's digital refunds and returns page. You can find information on that here: https://support.playstation.com/s/article/Requesting-a-Refund?language=en_US

    If, for some reason, that doesn't work... Xbox's is located here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders
    The problem with that is Sony's refund policy states in game currency or consumable items are not eligible for a refund.
