Coins not being saved

    Coins not being saved


    For some reason this month when I do the Daily Challenges the coins I receive are not being saved. I have completed every day's challenges so far and right now it is telling me I only have 450 coins. I completed yesterday's challenge today and it started
    me off with no coins when I started it. Then after I finished it and went to do the one for today it reset me back to zero. I would very much like to be able to get the bronze, silver, gold, and diamond to keep my record at 100% of having gotten them since
    starting them, but unless this is solved I fear it might not be.

    Sorry to see any issues with the recent update to Microsoft Solitaire Collection! We are aware of the issue and currently working with the right people to resolve this.

    I wanted to ensure it was understood that it seems the coins counter on PC is the only thing not updating. We have tested on mobile versions and the coins have been properly increasing there.

    Please keep an eye here for any updates! Thanks for your patience while we sort this out. Coins not being saved :)

    Jackpot coin balance not being saved

    Since update to Windows 10. XBOX account to Microsoft Jackpot game has been unable to save statistics to cloud and keep receiving message with try again or continue anyhow........ I have just lost my balance and it is creating a new balance
    in my account but message persists unable to save balance to cloud check your internet connection....

    Hey, Emperor!

    I wanted to follow up to let you know that the issue has been determined a visual issue and does not affect your ability to collect coins. It should be fixed in a later update.

    If you would like to double check on the amount of coins you get, you can get the iOS or Android app on your mobile device to see them there. You can also go into Awards and Achievements in the PC app, click on 2017's badges, and then click
    on the month you would like to see. This will show the total coins you earned that month.
