Coins are not credited

Yesterday I bought a coin-package of 1110 coins (€ 9,99 + adfree) and the coins are not credited on my account. Can you help me?

Coin purchase not showing up - MS Bingo

Purchasing coins and not getting credited to my account.

 

I've contacted commerce.microsoft.com and the support suggested me to contact this Forum to resolve the problem. The payment and the transaction are ok.

 

I've re-contacted commerce.microsoft.com and the agent told me that it's important you answer me in the next 48 h. The agent is unable to refund me or credit the virtual moneys, she told me it's a problem under your responsability. Please, I'm just waiting
for your answer since the 6. of March and I like this game, but if I'm unable to purchase credits for the future, I'm going to play it not anymore.

I also purchased the 9.99 package of coins on 4-23-15 and received a message that the purchase could not be processed at this time. The purchase however was charged to my account and card. commerce.Microsoft.com told me they could not help me and referred
me back here. The billing forum has not responded. Can anyone here assist or advise on what I can do?

A workaround is to select the very same coin pack and attempt to purchase it again. You should be prompted with a “You already own this item” message, and will then be awarded the coins you deserve at no extra charge.

This did not resolve my issue. I tried as you suggest but did not receive the prompt you advised. Instead it processed another 9.99 payment of which I was again charged. I did however receive the coins for THIS transaction only. I'm still missing the
coins from the 4-23 charge.

 

I also purchased a 9.99 coin pack on 4/23 and have not been credited them yet. i tried the workaround and it didnt work either

 

Since the work around didn't work as directed. Has there been any additional updates to the missing coins from 4-23? Is there any other possibility of getting the coins credited to the account or was is the credit process for requesting a refund at this
time?

Hello- It's been nearly 6 weeks since this incident occurred and 3 weeks since the last response. What is the status of resolution? If you can't apply the credit of coins to my account, what number do I need to call to get a refund for my 9.99? I appreciate
the apologies for inconvenience, but this is a very poor customer experience all around.
