Coin purchase & Add away didn't work -_-

sorry my english is not goot.

i have buy coins + (sry i dont know the right words in english but i think its) "ad free" for my account

for ~10 € with my credit card ... i became nothing! i also have ~300 coins and the advertising is also there ... -_-

Bingo unable to purchase coins or tickets

I just tried to purchase coins, it baffled me because it stated I just tried purchasing them. Which I didn't purchase, I was trying to watch the add. I did make a purchase a few days ago that I paid for, but did not receive the coins, only tickets.

I've just purchased coins and didn't receive the coin pack but received a message saying I couldn't purchase as I'd already purchased but I didn't receive them!!!! I've got my receipt to say I paid but no coins were increased..........

I also purchased a ticket package and have not received the tickets. Although it was quick to charge my PayPal account... Is there anyone out there...???

Hey there, guys! It looks like there was an issue yesterday with connecting in Microsoft Bingo, and it may have affected purchases. It's resolved now, but I suggest you contact us via chat
or phone support to get a refund of your purchase yesterday if they did not actually refund it. After you get your refund back, make the purchase again. If that still doesn't work for you, we want to know, so please post back and we will look into this further.

You will not get the coins right away after purchase, I had a friend who the got Apex Coins a month after he made the purchase.

Ok, what you should do is contact EA support, They manage the internal content of the game, show them the proof of purchase and they will add the coins to your account, and you can ask them to check why the coins do not arrive.

You're very welcome! If you purchase the coins on the Microsoft/Xbox store (signed in to the account you'd like the coins for) they'll work on Xbox, yes.
