    New collections do not appear.

    Downloaded 4 new collections. Deducted the coins, but the collections do not show up under "My collections". Please advise.

    Can someone tell me how I lost all of my puzzle collections that I used my gold coins for. I also used the gold coins

    to download collections but never received them. Can somebody help me

    Daily Challenges freeze when complete

    More details, I hear the fireworks and if I wait for that to complete then press the collect reward button I hear the coin noise, but never see the coin animation.

    What happened to all of the gold coins collected completing all of the daily challenges

    The coins are what you collect to earn badges. They reset each month.
