Trial cards don't change your account status to gold. They only give you some benefits of online multiplayer. They do not work with all games or all game modes. So it sounds like you need a full subscription.

i have bought gold since xbox one and madden 18 wildlands pubg codww2 countless movies and my level is not moving it should be at least 3 or higher since 2011 but its still zero

also one more thing. In my apps and games on the queue area where the progress bar is for cod it has a little blue dot about a quater of the way up the bar. Or does this represent when the game can be ready to play? Or was it files left over frm a corrupt
install causing this?

Noticed this issue tonight when I wanted to report an AFK GOW4 player, my most recent player was from 2 days ago in CODWW2. After every game the list should be updated, not two days after the fact after I've forgotten the GT of the
culprit.
