Código de tarjeta desactivado[Card code deactivated]

Compre una tarjeta de regalo de xbox game pass, al llegar a casa introduje el codigo y dice que no lo activaron, regreso a la tienda y me comentan que después de unos días se activa sola (no ha sucedido) y que sin el ticket ellos no pueden hacer nada....

Habrá alguna otra manera para activarla?
