boa tarde, hoje chegou meu xbox one s All Digital, com ele acompanhava alguns códigos dentre eles um VOUCHER de FORTNITE

fiz o resgate do código pelo site da microsoft como constava, no Microsoft.com/redeem. após isso o código só consta como um pedido, é normal?? (AINDA NÃO ENTROU NA MINHA CONTA NEM A SKIN NEM OS V-BUCKS).

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a code. We recommend launching Fortnite to see if the items showed up. You can also check your

order history make sure code says redeemed. Is it possible you redeemed on the site on a different account?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. As long as you were signed into the same gamertag online, then you will get the content on your console. You must have used the same email and password on the website that you use on your Xbox, otherwise you
may have redeemed it tot he wrong account.
