Codes redeemed in Xbox app not showing DLC in game

I had been gifted two codes for the game Dead By Daylight on XBox PC. After redeeming, they show in my order history and they can not be redeemed again. The two packs that were purchased through the codes, do not show up on the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Have done repairs on the game through the xbox app on pc. I have also enabled remote install, logged in and out of the account multiple times. I even reached out to the game support and they show it is an issue through the codes. I have attempted to get support through the contact support and they can't call currently. Wondering if anyone has had this issue or can think of something else that is prohibiting the install of the DLCs.

The Game Pass app doesn't have a space to redeem codes for the store/DLC.

For that, you can redeem the code through the Xbox App (on mobile, or even on the computer) > Store > redeem a code.

Or through the spaces noted in the FAQ that was posted.

If you go onto the xbox app on the pc there will be a redeem code section where you can enter the code and it will show you if it is valid by showing the game and if it is not valid it will tell you the code has already been redeemed. You can check the
code this way without redeeming it as it will show you the game and ask for final confirmation before it redeems to your account. You can also use the xbox app on your phone to check as well. I do this all the time. Just go to the xbox app click on Microsoft
store and then click on redeem a code and it will ask you to enter the code.

I don't really know why Support would redirect you to the forums since they should be able to assist in a case like this, but let's try a few things.

On the leaflet that had the code, does it show one or multiple codes to redeem? In some cases both the game and the dlc will have seperate codes and if you only redeem the DLC (Hot wheels in this case) one the game itself won't show up, you will have to
use all codes in such case.

Just to be sure, make sure to use the same account for redeeming the code(s) if there are indeed more.

Also double check the Queue in the My Games & Apps section, since downloading a game will take a while, if it is downloading it shows in the Queue.
