Codes redeem for 24 months of Ultimate Game Pass and poor response on service

So on context. I purchase and use 2 Guft cards for Ultimate Gamepass for 12 month each one. I though they were redeem just fine. Today I found out that those were not redeem and instead they gave me 6 months only. Now they say that I use 2 gold months and because that they gave me 4 months on each one. But they appear on my Xbox as ULTIMATE GAMEPASS. It doesn't make sense and the poor response on support just make all of this worse. I need avtually help to resolve this

So you are telling me that I need to pay for full Ultimate Gamepass for 12 month just to get 4 months?

No. If you pay in full 12 months of Game Pass ultimate, you'll get 12 months of Game Pass Ultimate. You'll only get 4 months if you buy 12 months of Gold or standard Game Pass and add that to Ultimate.

Nothing didn't pop up because I purchase for Ultimate. No for gold. It says clear it was ultimate on the 2 cards and the xbox as well

No conversion because it wasn't Gold.

Fyi there are no 12month xgu codes

The max is 3months so it wouldn't have been 2 codes it would've been 4 codes for every 12

Thrrr are only 12month gold codes

Only way to get 2 yearl codes is all access and it's comes with the console not a code
