Codes of Gears of War Collection for Xbox one

Not yet received the codes
of gears of war collection for playing
gears of war ultimate edition before
12/31/15.

I await an urgent explanation!

Never got my promo code for gears of War collection.

Bought the gears of War edition xbox one s. Came with gears of War 4 ultimate edition. Never did recieve my codes for gears of War collection.

 

code 1 and 3 not working

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

These codes have been getting sent out in waves. There are a lot of people that met the conditions to get these codes, so they can't process all of the codes at one time. I can only ask that you try to be patient while the continue to process codes and send
them out.

 

I got the gears of war remaster redeem codes for the xbox 360 versions of gears 123 and judgement, now i redeemed gears 3 since i play that the most but waas gonna wait to download the redt another time, so just last week i finally was gonna redeem the rest
and all my messeges were erased with the new update what should i do?

how do i start my own thread i have looked and looked, and the rep on the phone is the one that guided me to this post to put my problem she didnt say anything about starting thread she just said an ambassador will help with the problem, any further help
will be greatly appreciated

 

Maybe my problem is as JLaSoul, my codes may have been excluded I do not know.

I started playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition before 12/31/15 and played through the entire campaign of Gears of War 1 but I am not getting any options to play 2,3, or Judgement. Contacted Xbox through the phone and said their are codes to the rest and
the associate said to come here and will be let known what my situation is here and now I am here. What do i do? Did i do something wrong?

 

These codes have been getting sent out in waves. If you don't get yours in the next week or so, create your own thread so that Official Support can look into it.
