    Codes not redeeming for 3 different games on my xbox 1


    I have received 3 codes for 3 separate games (Fallout 3, Tom Clancy Rainbow six new vegas and New vegas 2)

    I received the code for Fallout 3 via a private message from Xbox Live on the 24th December 2015 after purchasing Fallout 4 and I received the codes for both rainbow six games inside the box for the new Tom Clancy Under Siege game

    Whenever I try and redeem the codes i get a message saying "something went wrong", "sorry about that, please try again later"

    Can not buy or redeem Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One

    Games with Gold did not show the price button for games from Xbox 360. Redeeming codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement crushes to different error codes.

    Bizarre Xbox live / game receipt problem

    Bought an Xbox live code for my sons for Christmas from Game via my debit card and it came as a text code on a basic receipt. Dopy dick here then lost the receipt before redeeming the code. Will Game be able to trace/link the purchase to the code via my debit card? Obviously the coffee isn't redeemed so not like I'm blagging anything? Lol

    Is it the 8015017 Errol if so does your account region reflects your actual region if not that would be why

    If you don't live in an xbox live region you can't redeem the codes

    Have same issue with codes not redeeming and tech has checked system and account and code will still not redeem.

    Codes not Working. Entire XBOX 360 Gears of War Collection included for purchashing Gears of War 4.

    gears 1 and 3 are region locked and if you live in Japan you can't redeem any of the codes as they are different from American marketplace
