Codes not included with gears of war ultimate edition

Download codes for gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement were not included with my purchase of a new Xbox one 1tb bundle with rare replay. Can't download these games as a result. Help!

I purchased an Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, but it does not get a Gears collection via Xbox One Backward Compatibility.

I heard that Gears collection is get as a benefit of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.

Please keep in mind your account region has to reflect your actual region in order to get the content

 

The codes are sent in waves as long as you meet the requirements before Dec 31st the latest you can get them is early January also make sure your profile is public or the team won't be able to see them (they need to see when you first played online with
the game )
