    Codes lost


    Hello,

    I recently played in the Forza 7 Virtual Key Sweepstakes, and won driver gear and a Hoonigan Car Pack. I was properly emailed the codes (exact same code that would appear on a prepaid card). Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the emails and was wondering
    if anybody could help me retrieve them or possibly get new ones.

    My Halo: ODST code somehow as deleted before I could use it, and I recently found out that they expire today. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Hi there,

    You will either need to wait for a support staff member to verify your promotion participation and then private message you a code, or you will need to contact Xbox Support directly and ask them if they can restore the message with the code in it, or issue
    you a replacement code once they've verified that you got one.

    The problem is that Microsoft has no way of verifying that you once had a code and then lost it, so they absolve themselves of responsibility of lost or stolen codes. Sorry :(

    Lost the code for the free game(Battlefield 1) came with the original purchase before downloading it

    Since the purchase was made from Best Buy they would be the ones you'd need to talk to. Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Unfortunately there generally is no way to retrieve a lost code.
