Codes lost when message was expired

Discus and support Codes lost when message was expired in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I had the GOW ultimate edition, and received my codes, but only used the codes for Gears 1 and Gears 3.     Codes lost when message was expired


    I had the GOW ultimate edition, and received my codes, but only used the codes for Gears 1 and Gears 3. I didn't know my messages got automatically deleted after 30 days, and still had unused codes for Gears of war 3 and Gears of war judgment. Support told
    me to put this on this thread, so it can be resolved. Thank you.

    Hi, I havent been able to play on my xbox for a while and when I purchased Fallout 4 I never redeemed the Fallout 3 code. Several months later that message is deleted, and I am left with no code! Please help,

    Message expired then promotion code lost.

    I think the point is that YOU CANNOT LEARN FROM THE CONSOLE THIS RULE. And yet Microsoft enforce it without communicate. Messages were user generated content that should be handled with sensitive.
