Discus and support Codes Lost in message inbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased the Gears of War Ultimate Edition back when the deal of getting all previous games was going on.     I purchased the Gears of War Ultimate Edition back when the deal of getting all previous games was going on. I had the codes but didn't have the space to save them and now my xbox deleted them...is there a way to get the codes back or am I just out of luck?

    EA Access code lost

    Hello,

    Looks like I have lost my free EA access code message which was in my inbox on Xbox One, which I had stored to use it later while my current subscription was ongoing. However it looks like now all the messages in my inbox has been deleted and this free EA
    access code which I received for purchasing FIFA 16 was one of it. It would be glad if I get someone resend the code to my console inbox.

    I was not aware that messages in my inbox was automatically delete after 30 days Codes Lost in message inbox :(



    I've been working and had not time to play. Now i've lost y code.

    Don't worry about it man. I talked with a real nice assistant and told them the situation and they had my codes to me the next day. They will have you make a forum post like I did and then they should message you about what to do. Then they should send you
    the codes by email.

    Hey there, the only thing I can think of is if you've had any recent friends requests? Sometimes I check the request through my friends list which leaves the notification in my inbox. I thought I had a ghost notification for a while until I went through
    all my messages and found a random friends request I had rejected through my friends list.

    If you're inbox is completely empty though, I think official support might need to look into it.
