Discus and support codes i have gotten with per-orders not working.... need help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so i got GTA V the other day and i tryed put the code for $1,00,000.00 didnt work says cant find code - need help nexts i had also got WWE 2k15 and...     so i got GTA V the other day and i tryed put the code for $1,00,000.00 didnt work says cant find code - need help

    nexts i had also got WWE 2k15 and the same thing..

    both on xbox one

    i would like to know if there is something i can try to do because i call xbox and they just said try the code at another time but i did that and still nothing...

    I dont understand this issue

    Ok, i've had this issue since mid april ive made a thread but heres a new issue its not working my internet with live ive tried everythings then i play somewhere else and it works then i get a new status code 2 different per place and ive gotten worried
    that someone or something happened and that i have an unuseable account so i need help

    Since your purchases were made digitally, they were not eligible for that offer. As Smwutches says, that offer is only for physical (disc) purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com.

    Also, please ensure that you're putting the code in properly. Sometimes O can be mistaken for 0 or B for 8.

    Hi, i recently got shadow of mordor and it came with a Dark Ranger Pack, but the two codes on the back are not working. please, can some one help me of give me a number to call?

    The Pre-Order codes for Shadow of Mordor for the trials of war, and Dark Ranger skin not working, and saying the codes are invalid when I just gotten the game brand new. So if there is a way to fix this please help it's been two days now the codes still
