Codes haven't been received after 10 days

i have purchased Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition and i am suppose to receive the codes for Rainbow six Vegas and Vegas 2 within 7-10 days, it is now the 11th day and i still haven't received the codes

It can sometimes take up to 10 days for a code to be sent. If you haven't received it keep an eye out. If you still haven't received the code after 10 days let us know.

You should receive the code about 7-10 days after your purchase. If you still haven't received the code after 10 days, you'll need to post back.

Promotion Details: Was it a subscription purchase? How many months? Was it at a discounted rate? Did you have to purchase certain games?

Date of Purchase: The day you purchased the subscription or promotional items

Promo Item(s): The game, games, points or Live time you have not yet received
