    I purchased the game on Black Friday and played it a few times before December 31st.

    Have not received codes for Gears of War 4 pre-order promotion

    As part of ordering Gears of War I was meant to receive redeem code for the following games Xbox 360 backward-compatible games:

    • Gears of War
    • Gears of War 2*
    • Gears of War 3
    • Gears of War: Judgment
    However I have not received any codes. Please can you help?

    Gears of War Ultimate Edition backwards compatible games

    I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition and have not received codes to redeem backwards compatible Gears of War 2,3, and Judgement.

    Gears of War 2 is available now on the backwards compatability for xbox one, if you pre-ordered the Gears of War remaster for xbox one you should have received codes as a verification of this.

    Can you please provide more information on the issues you are having with Backwards Compatible games. There is an ever growing list of games that are Backwards compatible.

    Are you getting any error codes that pop up about it?

    It's not gears 3, (for as far as i know gears 3 is not backwards compatible)

    I can't download any backwards compatible game.

    Is there another way then to log in on a xbox 360 console? like if i buy a physical disc of a backwards compatible game, would it work then? and would i be able to download 360 games after that.
