Codes for Gears, Quantum Break and Dark Souls III

So, I love the preorder bonuses that are supposed to come with Gears of War, Quantum Break and Dark Souls III. They inspired me to preorder all three games. Months later, I'm still waiting for the Gears of War codes for the Xbox 360 games. And after preordering
on Feb. 18, I'm still waiting for the codes that are supposed to come with Quantum Break and Dark Souls III. Yes, my message settings are correctly set to receive them. I just haven't yet. I've posted before to no luck, just chatted with support who told me
to post here. I'm really hoping Microsoft resolves this issue. I will continue to Tweet and post about my unhappiness until this issue is resolved.

Dark Souls 1 360 Code from DARK SOULS III XBOX ONE PROMO

i did'nt receive the Dark Souls 1 360 code, after I bought Dark Souls III for my XBOX ONE. Also i've received some other codes like Quantum Break, Gears, Fallout 4, but not for DS. My GT is "llermanos" and the purchase date for the digital copy of was on
March 30th / /2016. Thanks!

codes for several games

Hi

I didn't receive the following codes:

- Alan wake xbox 360 game and expansion as part of Quantum Break preorder game.

- Windows version of Quantum Break

- All gears of war xbox 360 games for gears of war ultimate edition.

- Dark Souls for preorder dark souls 3

- I received the code for fallout 3 but wasn't able to redeem, is it possible to have a replacement code.

Very sorry to hear about the experience so far. We can assure you that we're aware of the issue with users not receiving Dark Souls + Alan Wake American Nightmare codes for those two separate promotions, and I've passed your information along to be looked
into. I can also assure you that the Gears of War issue is being looked into as well.

The code will be available 7-10 days after the release of Dark Souls III.

@DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

1.) The link you provided is broken.

2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
