codes for gears of war 1, 2 ,3 and judgment got deleted from my messages

Hello , so basically i played gears of war ultimate edition and received codes for gears 1 ,2 ,3 and judgment but the message isn't there anymore , any help?

Lost Gears of War Codes on my messages

I had received my 4 codes for the Backwards compatibility Gears games, and used the codes for Gears of War 1 & 3, but never used the ones for Gears Of War 2 & Judgment. My messaging center deleted the messages that contained these codes, so they were no
longer accessible.

Gears of war codes

My codes for gears of war 3 and gears of war judgment have vanished from my messages. I was able to use my codes for gear of war 1 and 2 but would like the other 2 code resent to me please and thank you.

I deleted the message code Game Gear of War 3 and Gears of War Judgment ( I have game GOW UE ) - please help me recover messages , thanks !

UPDATE: tried to redeem the codes from a different account on the xbox and here are the results

-Codes for Gears of war 2 and judgment Works fine

-Codes for Gears of war 1 and 3 still dont work with the same error

checked the forums and found many have the same problem(GOW 2 and judgment works fine and GOW1, 3 do not), so i think it is a problem from microsoft side

I have 3 Codes:

"Gears of War", "Gears of War 3" and "Gears of War: Judgment".

I just tried to reenter the codes. The "Gears of War 3"-Code and "Gears of War: Judgment"-Code works!

Only the "Gears of War"-Code doesn't work.

I get these Message:
