Good afternoon, made a pre-order the game Quantum Break and did not get the codes for the game Alan Wake with DLC and code for Quntum Break game for PC. Just got the code for the game Alan Wake's American Nightmare but he disappeared from the message whether
you can send the code again?

How do I redeem a code on Xbox one without kinect?

You can manually put the code in by going to Store/Games and "use a code" tile is on the right under search games.

I have called xbox numbers of time about my code for games. On March 30,2012 I joined xbox live gold for 6-months with the notice of receiving 5 free games.

I have not receive them yet. Every time I call I'm being told I'll receive them @ a dates later the next month...my last reference number is 1180200251.

Please look into this and let me know why I haven't receive the code for those games....HALO REACH, FABLE III, KINECT SPORTS, TOY SOLDERS, KINECT GAMES:

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:
