Codes for Forza games for 12 month game pass not arrived.

Purchased the 12 month game pass for the two Forza games, the time frame they were promised within has passed and we have not yet recieved the codes. Contacted support, who referred us here.

Xbox dashboard promotion for free month game pass if you renew xbox live gold. WHERE IS MY CODE??

I had a promotion on my dashboard today so i renewed for 12 months so i could get 1 month of game pass and try out sea of thieves. after purchasing 12 months i got an email saying thank you for buying xbox live but i still do not have a code for game pass.
Where is my code??????

Unfortunately Game Pass is only available as a 1 month subscription. There was previously a promotion in which you received

12 months of game pass + Forza motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 3 but this promotion is no longer available. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

We had trouble purchasing the 12 month pass and a support staff member did it for us. Now that the ten business days have passed we can't tell if we're stuck waiting because it's going to be before the 21st, or if it isn't coming at all - in which case
we'll wait the entire period for no reason.

 

Unfortunately we have no way to verify this for you. We here are a volunteer group. You can call 1-877-696-7786 to verify. But I have a feeling as long as you placed the order during the promotion you will get it.

If you don't get your codes after 21st of october then you need to contact the support staff
