Codes don't arrive

Discus and support Codes don't arrive in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I started playing Gears 11/03/2015 and I don't got my codes yet.     Codes don't arrive


    I started playing Gears 11/03/2015 and I don't got my codes yet.

    A friend started playing 11/12/2015 and already received it!

    What is the criteria to prioritize and receive it? Looks like it is not the start date...

    I've already got in touch with Xbox support and they can do nothing...

    When will I get the codes?

    Xbox/Microsoft please help me get my items aka dlc/games that I didn't receive when I preordered Quantum Break please.

    It took the codes a couple of weeks to arrive. I would speculate that your codes should arrive in a few days. Keep a check on your messages. Good Luck!

    Hey IronMala!

    We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!

    If you haven't already, please check out our Gears of War: Xbox 360 Collection FAQ to make sure you have everything covered to be eligible! Codes don't arrive :)
