Codes are missing and so is fortnite.. both was supposed to be in the box with the game

Just set up xbox and fortnite was supposed to be with the game.. it isnt there and there isnt any codes to receive the month free stuf?

I did not receive the minecraft for Xbox one Code with my Xbox one s purchase

It shows on the box that it is suppose to come with all 3 Codes for the game, I was told by Microsoft support to post on this forum for the missing code.

 

Downloaded 2 Games with Gold last month but only got 50% on the Xbox Quest completion

Hi,

Last month the Xbox Gold Quest reward was a "Fortnite reward" - I play a lot of Fortnite so I decided to do the quests for the first time. I did the Log In and Play Fortnite quests and downloaded MGSV and that baseball game which were both on Games with
Gold.

However, I've just checked my Xbox Quest progress and it says that I've only downloaded 1 out of the 2 games needed for the quest completion. My friend told me that he had received a message from Xbox Live today saying that he got a gift box in Fortnite
and so I am worried that I have missed out on this opportunity.

Is there anyway to resolve this? Have I completed the quest but the website is buggy? I'm not sure + would appreciate any help.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're missing some content that was purchased with your Xbox Bundle. As previously mention by the ambassador please contact the retailer for any missing content. Sometimes the codes are printed
in a small insert in the box or on the receipt. I hope the information I posted is helpful in resolving this issue for you.
