Code wrong 10 euro back instead of 18

i got a message from xbox live on 3 may saying i got a code for 18euro for buying the season pass for cod ww2 i bought on november 14 2017 and the code for the 18 euro was made on 25 april i only got 10 euro on that code

How to switch account region on Xbox 360?

Hi i did buy a 10 euro card in my holiday in Italy.I went back to my region Hungary and i wanted to redem my code but the xbox cant convert the payment euro-HUF and i did get 10 FT

Hi, I am looking for helpfull informations about my account. I booked a prepaid 10 Euro card on my account.......but I forgot that the Country selection was on Austria....ao it is on AT account. How can I get the AT Money back on my german account. ....Yes
I tried to Change the Country Code...nothing happens. 1 Euro on german and 10 euro on AT account !!
