Code won't give me gold

Discus and support Code won't give me gold in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I redeemed a code and the Xbox showed me what I was going to get (14 day gold) and after clicking "confirm" it didn't give me the gold trail.     Code won't give me gold


    I redeemed a code and the Xbox showed me what I was going to get (14 day gold) and after clicking "confirm" it didn't give me the gold trail. And now it says that my code has been used.

    How can I get the 14 day trail??

    Help, can not get online

    I've have a months gold xbox live & when I put the code in it is correct tells me I have a moths gold so I press okay to receive the months gold & it says error then gives me the status code.. Yet I don't know why this is because I've been on the phone
    to Microsoft for half an hour & they gave me the code, so the code is correct but my xbox won't let me have the months gold, help...

    Hi there,

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, although since it's a trial it might not show, in either way try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    My xbox live gold membership expired but when i go to redeem my 2 gold trial it says i already have gold.

    To clarify, trials won't give your a Gold account, but it will give you some Gold features. If you're still having trouble redeeming a trial code, please give it a try here on Xbox.com by clicking your GT at the top right and selecting 'Redeem Code'. Let

    RR6 Siege Season pass code issues

    I'm having the same problem. The season pass card keeps giving me the 'something went wrong' error and it won't work. I've tried to redeem it on xbox.com and on my system with the QR and typing in the code. Nothing works. It won't let me redeem my season
