    But I get an error message that the code already uses but when I go see my subscription, I find my account is not subscribed

    Is it possible your account was signed in on a friend's console and they redeemed it on their account by chance? Also, can you clarify where you received this code? I don't know of any recent promotions that provided REQ packs. This was something that occurred
    last year.
